On the irc.flock.com #flock channel jeremy gave me a hint which suggested removing probably b0rked file ~/.flock/browser/<random_hash>.default/flock_feeds_root.rdf from saved user profile but in my case it was another file which was corrupted and thanks to yosh who said "make sure all the flock_feeds_* files look like valid xml" I've found the culprit was flock_feeds_discovery.rdf - it didn't look like XML but binary file, so I closed Flock, removed the file and on the next start, w00t, the problem was fixed !
